KIMBERLY PHILLIPS WILLIAMS serves as the Announcing Clerk at The Promise Church, where her organized, welcoming presence helps ensure that church communications and operations flow smoothly and effectively. With education from the University of Houston, Kimberly brings a thoughtful and detail‑oriented approach to ministry, supporting leadership, informing volunteers, and the humoring the congregation with excellence and grace. Her role reflects a heart for service and faithful participation in the life of the Promise Church as it seeks to help everyday people grow in faith and live out the promises of God.

In addition to her service at The Promise Church, Kimberly contributes professionally as the Executive Director of Community Engagement & Academic Partnerships at the University of Houston’s Sugar Land campus, where she builds strong connections between the university and the broader community, supporting educational access and meaningful collaborations. She is a devoted mother, blessed with two sons, Aaron and Austin, and she shares her life with family and community in ways that reflect her commitment to faith, leadership, and uplifting those around her.
