Having studied Theology at TEB Seminary, Phillip has equipped himself with a strong foundation in Scripture and Christian doctrine—preparing him to support pastoral leadership, teach with clarity, and walk alongside church members on their faith journeys. His passion for helping others grow in their relationship with Christ is evident in every area of his service, as he works to encourage spiritual development, community engagement, and Kingdom‑centered living.

Phillip is married to Rasheeda Evette Davis‑Parker, who faithfully serves in the Promise Kids Ministry and is an active singer in The Promise Church choir, reflecting a shared commitment to worship and service. Together, they exemplify partnership in ministry and family, supporting the church’s vision of helping everyday people discover and walk in God’s promises.
