A graduate of Prairie View A&M University, Larry’s academic background supports his thoughtful approach to ministry and his desire to walk alongside others in their journey with Christ. Prairie View A&M is known for its long‑standing tradition of excellence in education and community leadership, shaping graduates who contribute meaningfully to their professions and communities.

Larry is married to Antoinette Norris Woodson, a faithful singer in the Promise Church choir, and together they model partnership in ministry, worship, and service. His role at The Promise Church reflects a heart for pastoral care, discipleship, and helping everyday people deepen their relationship with God. Larry’s devotion to serving God and serving the church family continues to enrich the spiritual life and fellowship of the Promise Church community.
